Congratulations to Adam Sghaier and Dunya Assaf for Successfully Defending Their Master’s Theses!

We are excited to say that, early September 2024, Adam and Dunya successfully defended their theses titled “The role of phosphatidylserine in synaptic development and plasticity at the Drosophila larval neuromuscular junction” and “The role of the histone methyltransferase G9a in regulating expression of Foraging and nociception in Drosophila melanogaster”. Both worked tirelessly on these projects and we are so proud them!

Dunya and Adam will be joining us as research assistants starting the Fall 2024 semester!
